On Wednesday 14 November 2018 the Good Mental Health Co-Operative will be hosting a drop in cafe on the third floor of Portsmouth Central Library, Guildhall Walk, Portsmouth PO1 2DX.
The Drop-In Cafe welcomes everyone! You may be feeling anxious, stressed or socially isolated, or you may be worried about a friend or a family member, or you may just be interested to know more about good mental health and wellbeing and the availability of local resources.
There’ll be a range of stalls with people to talk about support that’s available in the city – regular attendees are the Solent Mind Wellbeing Centre, the Learning Place, the Carers Centre, Counselling Portsmouth, the Citizen’s Advice Bureau, and support groups SHIFT and SAD Portsmouth.

Other activities going on include the Human Library, mindful colouring activity, and you can also take part in an on-line tool called Genie which helps you find the support you’re looking for in your local community.
