PCC Launches Project Around Social Isolation and Loneliness
Portsmouth City Council's Adult Social Care - Independence and Wellbeing Team are undertaking a research project about Social Isolation and Loneliness and are interested in speaking to older people about their experiences.
As part of their on-going plan to improve the services offered to older people in the city, they are keen to get more of an understanding about the impact of loneliness on people's lives. They are inviting people to speak to their volunteer Community Researchers so that they can shape the future of services that they offer.
If you are aged over 65 or over, have experienced feelings of loneliness and isolation and would be happy to speak to a Volunteer Community Researcher; please call 023 92688705 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
