NEW Social Group for People with Disabilities aged 25 Years and Older
Come along to the launch of the Abilities for Life. Abilities for Life is a new social group for anyone living with a disability who are aged 25 years and over. The group will be held weekly at Cosham Community Centre and is a chance for you to meet new people, socialise and develop new skills.
The group launch event will be held in the Garden room and will run from 6pm - 8pm on Wednesday 25th January 2023.

Carers are welcome to stay if needed, especially for the first visit, if you need to bring along a carer please book a ticket for yourself and one for your carer?
