Portsmouth Carers Centre are hosting Carers Count, an event for all carers in the city which is taking place on Carers’ Rights Day. This free event will bring together carers, health and social care professionals and voluntary sector organisations to present the Portsmouth Plan for Carers – Strategic Plan 2021-23. The event will include guest speakers, discussion groups and information on local services that can support carers.
