On 31st March 2021 the service provider contract that supports Healthwatch Portsmouth will transfer from Help and Care to The Advocacy People who were the successful bidders in Portsmouth City Council’s recent Healthwatch Portsmouth contract commissioning process.
You can continue to contact Healthwatch Portsmouth on their usual email address info@healthwatchportsmouth.co.uk up until 29th March 2021. Please bear with us with our IT communications while the service transfers during 29th, 30th and 31st March 2021. If you encounter any issues during this time please feel free to contact info@theadvocacypeople.org.uk quoting ‘Healthwatch Portsmouth’.
Please feel free to contact Healthwatch Portsmouth from 1st April 2021 on info@healthwatchportsmouth.co.uk by which time the transfer will have been completed and a member of the Healthwatch Portsmouth team will respond to your email as soon as possible after that date.
