Major conditions strategy survey

The government is launching a call for evidence to address ill health in the UK, improve diagnosis and the management of people’s care. It also aims to close the life expectancy gap that sees people in the most deprived areas, dying 19 years earlier than people in the least deprived areas. By taking part, your feedback will inform the upcoming government strategy for 2024 to tackle these issues.

Share your views and experiences by 27th June of treatment and diagnosis on:

  • cancer

  • cardiovascular diseases (including stroke and diabetes)

  • chronic respiratory diseases

  • dementia

  • mental ill health

  • musculoskeletal disorders.

Take part in the online survey on GOV.UK.
