Survey findings from Healthwatch Portsmouth speaking to patients in November 2022
Here we present what we heard from patients when we spoke to them and they completed a survey on their experience of attending St Mary's Urgent Treatment Centre on 3 dates over the period of one month between October and November 2022. We have included Healthwatch Portsmouth's recommendations based on the feedback that patients gave us about their experience of seeking medical care at St Mary's Urgent Treatment Centre.
