Healthwatch Portsmouth would like to find out about people’s recent (since July) experience of using the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) at St Mary’s, and will put together a report of feedback that we receive and from when we speak to people in the waiting areas who are attending the UTC on 24th October.
We want to help improve patient access to urgent and emergency care services and would appreciate your input.
